I’m walking to support mental health research
Did you know that 1 in 5 people experience symptoms of mental illness each year?
In fact, every day in Australia, 8 people will die from suicide.
Mental illness can be debilitating and can have a devastating impact on not only those living with it, but those around them.
This October, I’ll be walking to make a difference to the lives of people touched by mental illness and suicide!
I'm fundraising to raise money for life-changing research into treatment and prevention of mental illness, as well as vital support services.

Walking for mental healthMonday 21st Sep I've smashed my 100kms target. I've decided to set a new goal at 300kms. I would really like some more donations though. Share
Walking for mental healthThursday 17th Sep I started with a 100kms goal but since I finished that in 6 days I am setting my new goal at as many kms I can. I am hoping that it will ne close to 300kms. As I have suffered mental illness most of my life I am very passionate about raising as much awareness as I can. Share
