One Foot Forward

Solidarity events

THANK YOU to everyone who joined us FOR FREE in Melbourne or Sydney for our in-person One Foot Forward Solidarity events and for walking with your One Foot Forward community

Walking together. Standing together. Stronger together.

Melbourne

About the event

**THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYONE WHO CAME TO PRINCES PARK ON 16 OCTOBER 2022. WE HOPE TO SEE YOU AGAIN NEXT YEAR**

Princes Park offers a gentle, aesthetic walk which is perfectly situated just north of Melbourne CBD and perfect for a day of solidarity. It plays host to one of the oldest AFL teams, Carlton Football Club. With this large stadium at its centre, Princes Park also offers up acres of open green spaces.

On the day there will be FREE yoga, meditation, fitness challenges and other wellness activities. There will also be live music, inspirational speakers and delicious food and drinks stalls.  PLUS exclusive One Foot Forward freebies!

Remember that, if you're taking part in One Foot Forward, every KM counts towards your monthly KM goal, so don’t forget to log them afterwards.

We would love families, friends and people of all ages to attend, as we come together as a community and walk for mental health.
