SET A GOAL BREAK IT DOWN INTO BITE SIZED PEICES AND FIGURE OUT WHAT STEPS TO TAKE TO REACH THAT FIRST PIECE AND THEN REPEAT UNTILL GOAL IS FUCKING SAID AND DONE AND ANOTHER IS SET IN THE SIGHTS.. #NEVERSTOP!!! GET UPA!!! I was so on track to make it to my end goal of 100km but life as a mental health carer and advocate for my two young adults is never predictable and neither is the weather! So 97km it is.
