Here we go again!!!
This year once again, I will be partaking in the Black Dog Institute's One Foot Forward Walk for mental health. This year my pledge is to run & stride 400 km across the month of October in the hope of raising much needed funds and awareness. Last year I managed to raise $26,578 and this year, I'm hoping to match that.
As usual on the final day of October I will be completing a "Big Walk". This year I’m going to prove to people just how amazing you can be and what amazing things you can accomplish if you can find a way to ignore the voices and doubts inside your head. Therefore, on Thursday 31st of October, I’m going to run & stride approximately 100km from Sorrento to our Fulton Hogan Richmond office within 24 hours.
Every individual has or will be directly or indirectly affected by mental health at some point in their life. Let's make sure all our family, friends and the wider community have access to support when they are faced with this challenge and understand they are not alone.
Any donation big or small goes a long way. If you can’t donate at least check in on a friend or family member, tell them how amazing they are and tell them you love them.
