Did you know 1 in 5 Australians experience symptoms of mental illness each year?
At Portland Football Netball Club, we know just how important it is to look after each other, both on and off the field. This October, our club is proudly stepping up for One Foot Forward to raise awareness and vital funds for the Black Dog Institute. Mental illness doesn’t just affect the person struggling — it ripples through families, friendships, and entire communities. We’re walking to support ground-breaking research, new treatments, education, and digital tools that bring help to those who need it most.
