The Swinchatts and one McRae are walking for mental health in memory of Alex
This October, we are taking part in One Foot Forward to help reduce the impact of mental illness and suicide.
We are walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute, which was one of Alex's favourite charities. We'd love to help lighten the path for others who feel that shadow.
Any amount you can donate will help, big or small. It would mean so much to us to commemorate the anniversary of losing Alex by doing something positive for something he cared deeply about.
