Support My Walk for Mental Health Research
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience symptoms of mental illness each year?
Mental illness can be debilitating and can have a devastating impact on not only those living with it, but those around them.
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help reduce the impact of mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.
Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.

Dad, I just want to say how proud I am of you. You are not only the best dad, but also the most amazing poppy, and the strongest person I know. I know life hasn’t always been easy and that you’ve had your own battles with mental illness, but the way you keep going, keep giving, and keep loving your family shows just how incredible you are. This walk isn’t just about raising money, it’s about showing your heart, your resilience, and your dedication to making life better for others who are struggling too. That’s the kind of man you are, always thinking of others even while carrying your own load. You deserve the world, Dad. Thank you for being our rock, for your love, your laughter, and your wisdom. You’ve given us so much more than we could ever give back. I hope you know how loved and appreciated you are, not just by me, but by everyone who knows you. I’m so proud to call you my dad. Keep walking, keep fighting, and know we’re always right behind you. Love always, Maddam + 2 ankle biters❤️
