My Walk For Mental Health
We never know what others are going through or know how to support loved one's during those tough times, learning how to support someone struggling is a hard thing but getting help sometimes feels harder.
Exercise has always been my escape, how I cope with mental/Chronic illness's, since stopping I rapidly deteriorated and had no idea.
Others noticed, but didn't know how to say it and it ended up costing me, but that loss made me more determined to get better, despite already receiving help.
So for this I’m walking for myself, and to raise funds for mental health support (a nice bonus), I invite others to join me on my walks every night from 1st to 31st of October.
My starting locations is Mullaloo beach combined with a 5km walk each night, either by myself or with others.
I'd love new location suggestions so I can change it up and have some fun.
