This October, I’m walking 250 km for One Foot Forward to support Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
Living with long-term anxiety, I know the importance of walking and being on nature on maintaining good mental health. Especially when it's rainy outside or you're tired after a long work day.
It’s why I’m so passionate about raising awareness, breaking down barriers, and encouraging open conversations about mental health.
I’m challenging myself to walk 250 km to raise funds for the Black Dog Institute, helping to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
