Support My Walk for Mental Health Research

Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience symptoms of mental illness each year?

Mental illness can be debilitating and can have a devastating impact on not only those living with it, but those around them. 

This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help reduce the impact of mental illness and suicide.

I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.

It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.

Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.

My journey

March 2025 . Where life got impossible!! 
I didnt believe in anxiety until I experienced it myself . Its real and painful and I was lucky enough to be able to get the help I needed.  I spent a week in bunbury mental health and then 8 weeks in Perth at a clinic . I am doing this to make sure that people know that its okay to not be okay and that there is help when needed.  It has definitely changed my life and opened my eyes to a world I didnt know existed.  Im now living and dealing with this horrible illness everyday but thanks to all the support I can now cope and live a full life again . So please please please if your not okay reach out to me or any professionals . It will be okay I PROMISE
