Thanks to eveyone for their amazing support in my One Step Forward Challenge. I've hit my fund-raising goal of $500.. and my 150 km distance Challenge. so im Adding another 50 k. 200 now.. if I can get 250 for the month maybe thats possible.

Cracked my initial goal of 100 k in 2 weeks

I pushed harder today to make my 100 k target and biggest ride since getting back on the bike. 30ks its been a while since I've seen you. Feels good to get out early and enjoy a beautiful spring morning.

Support Our Walk for Mental Health Research

Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience symptoms of mental illness each year?

This October, our team is taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.

We're walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.

It would mean so much to me if you donated to support our walk.

Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.
