walking doesn't take much Wether you walk slow or fast or even do a little bit as a team to show everyone that its ok to talk about your mental health and you are not a bourdon and their is help out their when you have your bad days or at your lowest points. never feel embarased or a bourden as the world is a better place with you all in it ❤️Support Our Walk for Mental Health Research

This October, our team is taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
We're walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
