Support My Walk for Mental Health Research

Mental health is very close to my heart. 💙

That’s why this October, I’ve joined One Foot Forward with the Black Dog Institute. My goal is to walk 200 km to raise funds and awareness for Australians facing mental health challenges.

Years ago, I created an online platform to raise awareness and support hundreds of vulnerable people through their darkest moments.

I only wanted to save one life, but I never imagined that my small action would help transform hundreds of people, supporting them through suicidal thoughts and guiding them to stay mentally healthy.

I coached and guided them one-on-one, mostly voluntarily, helping them find hope when they had lost it. Those experiences showed me the power of listening, empathy, and encouragement.

With limited resources, I also faced many challenges of my own. I leaned on inner strength and positive thinking to keep moving forward, and those lessons shaped who I am today.

This October, I want to give back again. Too many Australians struggle in silence, and too often their pain is unseen.

By walking 200 km, I hope to shed light, spark conversations, and support the Black Dog Institute’s research, education, and programs that bring hope and real change.

I’m genuinely grateful for your support. Every contribution helps create better mental health for Australians who need it most. 😊
