Support My Walk for Mental Health Research
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience symptoms of mental illness each year?
Mental illness can be debilitating and can have a devastating impact on not only those living with it, but those around them.
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help reduce the impact of mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.

What an amazing achievement for a worthwhile cause, Mental Heath is overlooked way to much unfortunately and not enough awareness .around this at all. It’s the people who are left behind by loved ones by this illness who are forever great full for people with hearts like yours to help fight against the rising numbers affected and taken every year by this illness .Every life counts . It won’t bring back who we have lost but if it saves another family from going through the everyday pain is a step forward to hopefully a bigger and brighter life for many 💜Keep up the amazing work Sally 💜 Thank you from me with all my heart and from my Forever 23 Angel Aiden 💜🕊️
