Support My Walk for Mental Health Research
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience symptoms of mental illness each year?
Mental illness can be debilitating and can have a devastating impact on not only those living with it, but those around them.
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help reduce the impact of mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.

This October, I’m walking in solidarity with the Black Dog Institute, for every Australian affected by mental illness and suicide. I walk because I know how heavy the darkness can get. In 2023, I hit a wall.. burnout, mental health struggles, and days so dark I didn’t think I’d make it to 2025. But I did. And now, I walk to remind others: You are not alone. I’m walking for those still fighting, for those we’ve lost, and for those who don’t yet have the words to say they’re struggling. With every step, I carry hope. With every kilometre, I honour strength. Yours, mine, and ours. Together, we can push back against the stigma and fund vital mental health research and support. Please support my walk if you can.
