Whilst I struggle with my own mental health it’s very fitting to be reminded how isolating it is and how strong that internal narrative is!My distance
I feel it’s worth explaining that whilst I try and do some sort of excercise (Pilates/F45) 4/5days a week my steps are never more than 4500! working at a desk even when I try my hardest I am yet to push 7000! So for me, time doesn’t allow me to take many long walks the combined effort it takes and the priority to walk more every day is my focus and my struggle during this October! and I’m smashing it out whilst hubby is home and kids in school holidays!Support Our Walk for Mental Health Research

Mental illness can be debilitating and can have a devastating impact on not only those living with it, but those around them.
This October, our team is taking part in One Foot Forward to help reduce the impact of mental illness and suicide.
We're walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
