3rd day of walking
Another 6km down, got a bit too dark to keep going, but 6km was a good effort.First walk
first walk we did 4.2km. We didn't want to go to hard out and not be able to walk anymore this week. Second walk we went further, which we were very happy with ourselves especially being hot that day. We did 5.8km. So far we have done 10km, Saturday we will walk again and hopefully we can go a little further then 5.8km this time. We are getting a little sore, but this won't stop us from hitting our target.Support Our Walk for Mental Health Research

Mental illness can be debilitating and can have a devastating impact on not only those living with it, but those around them.
This October, our team is taking part in One Foot Forward to help reduce the impact of mental illness and suicide.
We're walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
