One foot forward for mental health 💙
This October, our team is taking on a big challenge for an even bigger cause: raising awareness and support for mental illness. Mental health touches so many lives, and it’s something we’re all passionate about standing up for. Together, we’ve set ourselves personal goals to push our limits: • Polly & Sarah – running 100km • Gemma – walking 100km • Craig – walking 40km Every kilometre we cover represents our commitment to shining a light on mental health and supporting those who need it most. This October, our team is taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
We're walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
