My Updates
300km. $1,000. One month. One foot forward.
This October, we’re taking on One Foot Forward to raise awareness and funds towards mental health.
Our goal is to collectively run 300km throughout October, as well train for our first half marathon on 31 October, while raising $1,000 to support mental illness.
We’re taking on this challenge in memory of a dear friend, while also recognising how deeply mental health can affect the people around us.
For us, running has become an important part of staying mentally well. It gives us a space to connect with ourselves, spend time with friends, and work towards goals together. It’s a reminder that looking after our mental health can happen in many different ways, and sometimes simply putting one foot in front of the other can make a difference.
We’d love your support as we take on this challenge — whether that’s through a donation, sharing our page or simply cheering us on throughout October.
