Every Step We Take 👟💚
This October, Noah and I are walking together for mental health. Our team name is Every Step We Take, because every step represents something bigger than just the distance we walk. Mental health is something that can affect anyone, at any age. Sometimes the people who need help the most are the ones who find it hardest to speak up. Sometimes a simple “Are you okay?” can mean more than we realise. We want to use this walk as an opportunity to raise awareness, start conversations and remind people that they are never alone. For Noah, I hope this walk helps him understand the importance of looking after his own mental health, being there for his friends and knowing that it is always okay to talk about how you’re feeling. For me, it’s about showing him that supporting mental health isn’t just about talking when things get difficult. It’s about checking in, listening, showing kindness and making sure the people around us know they matter. So, every step we take will be for those who are struggling, those who are supporting someone they love, those who are finding their way through a difficult time, and those who may simply need a reminder that they matter.Our Achievements
