Support My Walk for Mental Health Research

Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience symptoms of mental illness each year?

Mental illness can be debilitating and can have a devastating impact on not only those living with it, but those around them. 

This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help reduce the impact of mental illness and suicide.

I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.

It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.

Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.

6.1km evening stroll

Nice evening for a long stroll around the neighbourhood

Another 13.2km

As the month approaches its end, I left early this morning for a long walk. Cold and cloudy when I left and warm and sunny by the time I returned. Exceeded my personal 350km goal by 10km.

Chilly 9.6km walk

Pushed through the cold and wind ti add another 9.6km :)

Made it back just in time!

We just beat the storm and completed another lovely 10.6km walk this morning🤍

Peaceful 11.8km morning walk

Beautiful cool cloudy weather, perfect for a relaxed walk and capturing some nice images.

Another 16km today!

Very rainy start to the day so clocked 12km on the stepper this morning, followed in the evening by 4.3km walk
