I’m walking in solidarity this October for myself and Australians affected by mental illness and suicide. Mental health awareness is very important to me and something I take very seriously as someone who painfully fought for my own life on a daily basis I can’t express enough how grateful I am to be able to write this today and helping many others who struggles with the same. I can say today I am doing a lot better and many other people can proudly say the same, but for most it’s still a battle everyday they are fighting and I will let them borrow my voice and legs to speak awareness on their pain. You are not alone and we might share different stories but emotions i understand and share the same feelings as you. I understand how dark it can get and how trapped you can feel but I am willing to reach out my hand to those who needs a friend and a shoulder to lean on. Together we can make the world and better and safer place. Mental health always matters and you aren’t alone🫂

Support My Walk for Mental Health Research

Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?

This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.

I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.

It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.

Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.
