Support My Walk for Mental Health Research
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.
Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.
My Updates
FUNCTIONING DOESN’T MEAN COPING.
I’m walking for the people who are still functioning.
Still working.
Still parenting.
Still answering messages.
Still getting everything done.
Because sometimes struggling doesn’t look like falling apart.
Sometimes it looks like carrying an impossible amount — and continuing to carry it because people are depending on you.
This October I’m walking 150 km and aiming to raise $1500 for Black Dog Institute.
Not because I think walking 150 km will fix mental health.
I’m doing it because I want to start a conversation about the people we don’t always notice.
The ones who are still going.

I’m walking in solidarity this October for those who keep showing up, even when they’re struggling. Still working. Still parenting. Still getting it done. Because functioning doesn’t always mean coping and no one should have to reach breaking point before they feel supported.
