Support my walk for mental health research
This October, I’m taking One Step Forward for mental health. 💚 I don’t talk about this side of my life very often, but I’ve battled depression and anxiety for a long time. And the truth is, it’s something I still struggle with. I’ve had some really dark moments. Moments where everything became too much and I couldn’t see a way through. At my absolute lowest, I ended up being taken to hospital — an experience that broke me in ways I still carry with me. I’ve been through a lot. More than most people probably realise. And I’ve learned that mental health isn’t something you can always just “get over”. Sometimes you wake up feeling okay, and sometimes getting through the day is the biggest achievement you can manage. But I’m still here. Still trying. Still healing. Still putting one foot in front of the other, even on the days when it feels impossible. So this October, I’m taking One Step Forward — for myself, for the people I love, and for anyone who knows what it feels like to fight a battle that nobody else can see. Because sometimes one step forward is enough. 💚 And if you’re struggling too, please know you’re not alone. You don’t have to pretend you’re okay. You just have to keep taking that next step.My Updates

Well done Amy. This is a great cause. Mental health issues are much less visible that physical health issues making them all the more important to recognise and fund xxx
