Support My Walk for Mental Health Research
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.
Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.

I’m walking in solidarity this October for Australians affected by mental illness and suicide. You are not alone. This October, I am putting on my walking shoes to take part in the One Foot Forward challenge. I am walking to stand beside the millions of Australians navigating mental health battles and the heavy grief of suicide. Mental health struggles do not always leave visible scars, and too many families carry these burdens in silence. By raising funds for the Black Dog Institute, I want to help ensure vital research, early intervention, and life-saving support reach the people who need them most. Every single kilometre I log is a step toward reminding our community that nobody has to fight their darkest moments alone. I am walking for healing, for remembrance, and to help build a future where mental and physical wellbeing are given equal weight. If you would like to help me reach my goal, any contribution, large or small would mean the world to me. Let's take this journey together. This is for you uncle Stew, I miss you every single day ❤️
