Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience symptoms of mental illness each year?

This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.

I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.

However hard it gets remember you’re loved

Yesterday on my walk in Maroubra along the beautiful rocks top of the hill beyond Mahons sea pool a place where I & many and others often come see the sea rough and smooth the wildlife including beautiful birds & whales & everything in between It’s also a place where many of us take solace in when as so often times are difficult heavy & our hearts & souls & bodies feel heavy, burdened & worn out sadness for ourselves & feel overwhelmed not only for ourselves for so many others too ❤️ Many have heartbreakingky taken their lives here there too & many of us have contemplated & nearly done the same too Yesterday I looked up and saw LOVE written I. The sky and a beautiful reminder just as the flowers the birds the seas the sand the grass the mud the rain & everything in between we all belong here in this world til it’s our time to go & love is everywhere for us all ❤️
