Support Our Walk for Mental Health Research
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience symptoms of mental illness each year?
This October, our team is taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
We're walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
It would mean so much to me if you donated to support our walk.

Owdog Two decades deep, a friendship true and tested, Twenty years the clock has spun, never bested. From the first handshake to the moments that truly mattered, Through lives built up, and sometimes slightly shattered. So here’s the tally, a promise I must keep, $5 for every year—a trust that runs so deep. We’ve seen the sun rise from a dozen different porches, Ignited laughter with a hundred foolish torches. The drunken nights where stories spilled like beer, The silent, serious moments when you wiped away a tear. The exciting moments where we cheered the winning play, You've backed me up, my bro, in every single way. Now, a new road calls, a challenge stark and wide, A hundred kilometers with nothing left to hide. For Black Dog Institute, you lace your worn-out shoes, To shed a light on shadows that too many have to cruise. It’s a powerful path, this journey that you’ve planned, To walk against the darkness and lend a helping hand. The feet will ache, the mind might start to fray, But remember all the miles we’ve walked another drunken way. That inner fire, that grit to make it through, The drive and determination I’ve always seen in you. Just keep your eyes ahead, the sun upon your face, Because that strength, shows Joey just how to win a grueling race. Good luck, Brother. Go get those kilometers!
