I pledge to walk in solidarity with every person who has ever felt trapped inside their own mind. For those who know what it’s like to fight battles nobody else can see. For the days when simply getting through the day feels like an achievement. For those who have felt isolated, afraid, exhausted or like they’ve lost pieces of themselves along the way. This cause is incredibly personal to me. I know what it’s like when anxiety and mental health struggles take over your life. I also know how much strength it takes to keep showing up, even when your world has become very small. So I’m walking 60km this October as a reminder that even the smallest steps forward still count. I’m walking for the version of me who struggled to see a way forward, for the person I am still becoming, and for everyone quietly fighting their own battle. 60km. One step at a time. 🖤

Support My Walk for Mental Health Research

Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?

This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.

I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.

It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.

Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.
