Support My Walk for Mental Health Research
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience symptoms of mental illness each year?
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.
Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.
This October, our family is taking part in One Foot Forward in honour of our brother and cousin Daniel, someone we love deeply and miss every day. Together, we’re committing to walk and run throughout the month to raise awareness for mental health and support the important work of the Black Dog Institute. Every kilometre we log is for everyone who may be facing silent struggles. Mental health struggles affect us all, and we believe that open conversations, compassion and accessible support can make a difference. Your donation, no matter how big or small, will help fund life-changing research, education, and services. Thank you for supporting our strides.
