🧡 I’m back for Year 4! 🧡 This October, I’ll once again be taking part in One Foot Forward for the Black Dog Institute. Over the past three years, this challenge has become something that’s really important to me. Together, we’ve achieved some incredible things: 🚶 2023: 157 km walked | $582.11 raised 🚶 2024: 150 km walked | $600.00 raised 🚶 2025: 150 km walked | $1,095.03 raised That brings the total to 457 km walked and $2,277.14 raised for mental health—and none of it would have been possible without the amazing support of family, friends, colleagues, and this incredible community. This year, I’m pushing myself even further. 🎯 Goal: Walk/jog/run 200+ km throughout October 💙 Fundraising goal: $2,000+ Mental health is something that touches so many lives, whether it’s ourselves, our family, our friends or our workmates. If this challenge helps raise awareness, starts a conversation, or raises funds that make a difference to even one person, then every single step is worth it.
