2023 Game Plan
This October we are going big again, I’ll be taking part in One Foot Forward to help reduce the impact of mental illness and suicide.
I'm Running & Walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to ensure there is constant support for those in need. I am hoping to beat last year's fundraising amount of $16,688.50!

- Walk a 42.2 km marathon on the last day of October to work.
