150 Km in 24 Hours.

This October, I’m proud to be taking part in One Foot Forward once again to shine a light on mental health and suicide prevention.

This year, I am aiming to take my individual fundraising total to $100,000 over 5 years. To do that, I am aiming to raise $22,105 this October. (However, hopefully we can beat last years total of $30,000)

This year I’ll be taking on my biggest challenge yet running as many laps of Albert Park Lake as I can in a 24-hour period with the aim of running 150km in total.

My challenge is about more than distance, it’s about proving that with courage and determination, when we learn to silence the voice in our heads, we are capable of incredible things. This is a challenge not just of physical endurance, but of pushing past the inner doubts and voices we all face.

Mental illness affects us all directly or indirectly at some point in our lives. Together, we can ensure that no one faces it alone.
