Support My Walk for Mental Health Research

Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience symptoms of mental illness each year?

This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.

I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.

It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.

Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.

100km

So I crossed the 100k threshold today. Feels good to meet that milestone 15 days in.

Goals met

so I started with the $680 target. Thanks to generous people I knocked that off easily. Then went for $1000. Just broke through that. still two weeks to go so I’ve gone to $1500.

Rays of hope

I’m lucky enough to have great views on my walks. Today I witnessed this fabulous scene of sun rays through the clouds in the early evening.

Beautiful walk

I’m not much of a walker but I’m really lucky that we have a great area to walk in. The views are great, the sea air is great, and the walking paths are excellent. Makes it so much more enjoyable with good music and fabulous weather.
