Support My Walk for Mental Health Research
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.
Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.
My Updates
200km for Mental Health
I’ve officially signed up to walk 200km throughout October for mental health 🤍
Mental health is something that is incredibly close to my heart. As someone who lives with my own mental health struggles, and has also watched people I love experience their own battles, I know just how important it is to have conversations, check in on the people around you and remind each other that we’re never alone.
So this October, I’m putting one foot in front of the other — literally. 🥹🥾
200km is a big goal for me, but I’m so excited to challenge myself, raise awareness and hopefully encourage even one person to prioritise their mental health, get outside, go for a walk or simply reach out when they’re not okay.
Let’s walk for those who are struggling, those we’ve lost, and those who need a little reminder that they matter. 🤍
Here’s to 200km for mental health. ✨
