Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.

This October, I’m walking in solidarity with Australians affected by mental illness and suicide, and to remind anyone who may be struggling. You are not alone. In September 2025, I lost my baby brother to suicide. Life has never been, and will never be, the same. I love him with all my heart, and I will continue to speak his name, share his story and carry his memory with me every step of the way. This walk is for him, and for everyone who has been impacted by suicide and mental illness. ❤️ One foot forward, together.
