Support My Walk for Mental Health Research
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.
Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.
My Updates
Introduction
In October, I’m taking part in the Black Dog Institute “One Foot Forward” Challenge to raise money and awareness for mental health. Almost 10 years ago, my life changed in a way I never could have imagined. It’s something that has stayed with me and shaped how I think about mental health and the importance of talking openly about it. As a Dad, I want to lead by example. I want my son to know that it’s okay to not be okay, to ask for help and to talk about what’s going on. My goal is to raise $300 by moving 60km throughout October. If you’re able to donate, I’d really appreciate your support. 🖤 ShareThank you to my Sponsors
