Support My Walk for Mental Health Research
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.
Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.

🧡 Walking in Solidarity 🧡 This October, I’ll be walking in solidarity with Australians affected by mental illness and suicide. Every step I take is for those who are struggling, those who feel alone, those who are healing, and those we have lost. Mental illness doesn’t always have a visible face. Behind a smile, someone may be fighting a battle we know nothing about. Please remember: you are not alone. Your life matters. Your story matters. And it’s okay to ask for help. I’m walking to raise awareness, show support and remind anyone who may be struggling that there are people who care and that hope can be found, even on the hardest days. Let’s walk together, stand together and support one another. 🧡 You are not alone.
