Every year, I walk and run for people that are suffering from Mental Health.
Sometimes you don't know what other people are going through, what personal issues or family issues they have. Sometimes you just need to be aware that there are people in the world that are suffering on the inside, even if it doesn't seem like it.
That's why I walk and run every year.
I've had people that have left this world too early and other people that are struggling with Mental Health - it's not a taboo anymore, let's raise awareness one step at a time.
Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.
