Support My Walk for Mental Health Research

Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience symptoms of mental illness each year?

This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.

I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.

It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.

Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.

Brisbane heat

Brisbane turned up the heat yesterday. walking around Roma Street parklands a real treat and an easy way to click up some kilometers. A swim in the pool the perfect way to end the day.

I have done it

woohoo… I have walked my nominated 40klm and still have a week to go now to raise some more funds!!

Almost there

so so humbled and grateful for the amazing support my family and friends have shown me. This cause is so close to my heart.. I know so many people affected by depression and me being able to do this makes me feel…. well… I can’t put it into words

Slow start today as I am still hobbling around with my sore ankle. Tomorrow I plan to walk lengths in the pool. Thanks for all the support friends.. onwards and upwards
