Support my walk for mental health research
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience mental illness each year? This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help raise awareness and support for Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide. I’m walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute, an organisation dedicated to research into mental health and suicide prevention — an integral part of addressing mental illness and improving lives. My own experience with mental health has been shaped, in many ways, by awareness, understanding and the willingness to talk about it. If sharing parts of my story and helping raise awareness can support even one person going through a difficult time, then it’s worth taking that step. Because sometimes, you don’t have to have all the answers. You just have to put one foot in front of the other — and that is enough. If you’d like to support me, I’d be incredibly grateful for your donation. ❤️My impact over 2 years

Well done. 100km is a significant distance. I hope the money raised can help some people, even if just a little.
