Support My Walk for Mental Health Research
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.
Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.

I’m walking in solidarity this October for Australians affected by mental illness and suicide. You are not alone. This year, I’ll be completing the One Foot Forward fundraiser for mental health and suicide prevention. ❤️ It feels even more important to me this year after recently losing our neighbour to suicide. We had no idea she was struggling or how much she may have been carrying behind closed doors. It’s a reminder that you never truly know what someone else is going through. We might not always know the right thing to say, or even realise someone needs support, but one thing we can all do is be kind. A smile. A hello. A wave. A genuine “how are you?” Sometimes the smallest gesture can make someone feel seen, connected and cared for. You never know what impact that little moment of kindness might have on someone’s day — or even their life. So this year, I’m walking for those who are struggling, for those we’ve lost, and for the people who need a reminder that they’re not alone. ❤️ Be kind. Check in. Look out for each other. #OneFootForward #MentalHealthMatters #SuicidePrevention #BeKind #CheckIn
