Support My Walk for Mental Health Research

Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience symptoms of mental illness each year?

This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.

I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.

Wednesday’s walk

Today our team did our daily walk. started at 11am and we did 2 laps. What a great day it was; nice weather, friendly people, amazing animals and a phenomenal park! what more could you ask for

Junee show

Today I attended the Junee show to support one of my friends who was showing her donkeys. Little did I know that she wanted me to ‘show’ one of her other friends donkeys. It was a great day out
