Support Our Walk for Mental Health Research
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?
This October, our team is taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
We're walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
It would mean so much to me if you donated to support our walk.
Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.

Every year i dontate money towards raising money for mental health. The problem seems to be growing. When covid hit everyone was freaking out. I looked around in shock wondering how everyone could be so blind. The real epidemic was already well and truly underway and most people weren't talking about it. Teenage mental health is worse then ever. Nationally it seems to be worse then ever. We all know people who are struggling. Some talk about it and some do not. We need to break the stigma. We need to be there each other.. Thank you Rachael for acknowledging this epidemic. Thank you acting apon it.
