Support My Walk for Mental Health Research

Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?

This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.

I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.

It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.

Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.

Hey friends! I wanted to share that I am participating in the One Foot Forward fundraiser through Black Dog Institute this October to raise money for mental health supports and research. I have participated in this fundraiser before and raised over $500 which I am very proud of! This time around, I will be walking 100km in October. This fundraiser means a lot to me as I have lost two beautiful friends to suicide so I am doing this in their memory. If you are able to, please consider donating or sharing for an amazing cause 🫶✨️
