I am running 150km this October in memory of my mum
Mental illness doesn’t discriminate. 1 in 5 Australians experience symptoms of mental illness each year.
This is something that has impacted me and my family greatly, losing my beautiful mum to suicide in 2018.
This shows that it can happen to anyone and is not only devastating for the victim but also the people around them.So this October, I’m running 150km in memory of her and to raise awareness and help reduce the impact of mental illness and suicide.
