Support my walk for mental health research

Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year? This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide. I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most. It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk. Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.

60km done. now aiming for 80km in October.

Practice complete

Started waking in September to make sure I could reach my goal of 60km in October! TODAY I HIT 60km in September. I know this will be wiped come first of Oct and I’ll have to start again… but maybe I need to increase my goal!!

Warming up

Started my warm up yesterday with a 4.2km walk. Looking forward to walking more in October 🤞🌼
