Support My Walk for Mental Health Research
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.
Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.

I’m so glad. ❤️ We can keep everything you loved about it while bringing more heart into it—especially around the struggles people can carry silently and the importance of simply having someone beside you. This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help raise awareness and funds for mental health. 💙 Mental health touches so many lives — our families, our friends, our colleagues, and people we may pass every day without ever knowing the battles they are fighting behind closed doors or the weight they are quietly carrying. Through both my work and my own life, I’ve seen how deeply mental health struggles can affect a person, a family and everyone who loves them. I’ve also seen just how powerful compassion, understanding, patience and genuine support can be. Sometimes simply knowing that someone cares, someone is listening, and someone is willing to walk beside you can mean more than words could ever express. So this October, every step I take will be for someone. For those who are struggling quietly. For those who get up each day when simply getting through the day takes incredible strength. For those who feel unseen, unheard or alone. For those who have fought their way through their darkest days. For those we have lost far too soon. And for the families, friends and loved ones who continue to walk beside them, loving them through it all. I’m walking for greater understanding. I’m walking for compassion. I’m walking for hope. And I’m walking to remind people that you matter, your story matters, and you are never alone in this world. If these steps help even one person feel seen, supported or a little less alone, then every single one of them will be worth it. One foot forward, one step at a time. 💙
