Support My Walk for Mental Health Research
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.
Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.

I pledge to use my own journey with bipolar to help break the stigma around mental illness. Being a mum living with bipolar hasn't always been easy. There have been highs, lows, setbacks and times I've needed others to help carry me — but none of those moments take away from the mum or person I am. I'm the Bipolar Mumma Bear 🐻❄️🖤 I pledge to keep talking, keep learning, keep fighting and keep showing up. To remind others that asking for help is strength, not weakness, and that a mental illness is only one part of our story — it doesn't define who we are. Most importantly, I pledge to help create a future where nobody feels ashamed or alone because of their mental health. For understanding. For hope. For our kids. And for a better tomorrow. 🖤
