chill day, did some mobility and stretching before touch footy. 2.5km, still lost but we are getting better Share
Day 14, base running
Little base run, 7km, 37 minutes, felt like nothing Share
Day 12&13, loooonngggg run
did a 2.2km walk after a leg day with Cherie, then onto Saturday, where it was only supposed to be 10km, but did 17.4km with mum. I do not recommend doing the industrial estate, too much dust but we got it done!! Share

footy and interval running, 9km total I feel amazing Share
Day 9 & 10
Day 9: 1km x 4 @ race pace (4:15/km). rest between intervals 2:30. 5.5km total. Day 10: Volleyball, 1.99km total Share
Day 8, touch footy
thought I’d do a chill day, 1.9km total for touch footy. we lost 😂 Share
Day 7, gladstone race day
10km PR, 47:17! massive run with the new ASICS MetaSpeed+. smashed it out Share
Day 6, prep for gladstone 10km
Drove to Gladstone, walked around marina area, 2.7km, got to beat 50 minute 10km, will try for 48 minutes Share
Day 4 & 5, volleyball footy and slow run
missed yesterdays entry but did 2.4km before volleyball. 6km today at footy loving it! Share
Day 3, upper body day and touch footy
chill day after intervals yesterday, bit of gym and touch footy, we lost but it was a great day!! 2.5km for the day Share
