Support My Walk for Mental Health Research
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.
Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.

Containers for change
Continuing to make the world a better place. This time off to the recycle centre. A tad frustrating with the level of automation. Old bottles not accepted for refund as don't fit conveyer belt. Cashless so got to jump through 10 hurdles and download an app or get a barcoded paper and drive to the nearest Coles to get paid in cash. Ever the dtermined glass full person I parked a long way off and did an incidental exercise walk to collect my $1.80! Bonus another walk completed to befiend the Black Dog and remember my dear sister Wendy!!! Share
